Are the crystals natural?
Absolutely. All minerals, crystals, gemstones, and specimens come from the earth. We personally verify and trust our mining sources, so you can feel confident in the authenticity of every item.
Are the crystal products handcrafted?
Yes. Our palm stones, cabochons, pendulums, jewellery, and other carved items are either handcrafted in Canada or produced by trusted international partners who meet BC Gems Co.’s high-quality standards.
What options for chains do you offer?
BC Gems Co. provides only safe, hypoallergenic jewellery. You won’t need to worry about tarnishing, skin irritation, or extra upkeep. We offer premium-quality 2 mm stainless steel cable chains with a lobster clasp closure in various lengths. All chains are carefully assembled in Canada.

How can I care for my crystals and jewellery?
To maintain their beauty, keep crystals and jewellery away from harsh chemicals, prolonged direct sunlight, and excessive moisture. For jewellery, gently clean with a soft cloth on a regular basis.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods at checkout. Additionally, your transactions are fully encrypted for privacy and security.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor its progress and delivery.
Can I combine multiple items for shipping?
Yes. You can add multiple items to your cart and check out in a single order. Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight and delivery method.

Do you offer sales and discounts?
Yes. BC Gems Co. offers special discounts and promotions throughout the year. You can find coupon codes for select products (excluding The Vault items) in the banner at the top of the website. If the banner does not appear, a popup blocker may be preventing it. First-time customers can use code BCGEMS15 to receive 15% off their first purchase. Additionally, returning customers enjoy a loyalty discount of 15% off unlimited orders after placing their third order.

Yes. BC Gems Co. provides basic guidance about the care of minerals, crystals, and gemstones. For assistance, please contact us directly via email or the website chat in the bottom right-hand corner. If you cannot see the chat, a popup blocker may be preventing it from appearing.
Properties and Reservations
Do your crystals have metaphysical properties?
Many of our customers appreciate the metaphysical and healing qualities often attributed to crystals. At BC Gems Co., we provide information about popular uses upon request, but we do not make medical or healing claims.
Can I request a product hold or reservation?
Yes. If you want to reserve a particular item, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Reservations are valid for up to 14 days, after which the product becomes available to the public again.
