Pricing of merchandise
- We must receive full payment for the price of the goods before we accept and dispatch your order.
- We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification.
Transactions and Cancellations
- Our acceptance of your order(s) brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only persons aged 18 and over may transact through this website.
- We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct.
- All sales are final with no refund once the goods have initiated processing with the postal services.
- All orders ship using Canada Post Services.
- You become the owner of the goods you have ordered once we dispatch them to you.
- You hold the goods at your own risk once we deliver them.
- We are not liable for their loss or destruction.
- If your order returns to us for failed delivery, you are responsible for applicable reshipment costs.
- Your package should arrive within 1-2 weeks (Domestic and International) from the day you ordered. In the event of a postal services interruption, we will notify you. You may choose to
1.1 Wait for re-commencement of the courier service or
1.2 Opt for the alternative method by us (may cost additional shipping). - We reserve the right to amend or cancel an order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We will cancel an order if we have not yet dispatched the goods and you place a request to terminate the transaction.
- In a successful cancellation, we credit the original payment method. We deduct a 3% transaction fee that our payment processor charges.
- Currency exchange rates change regularly and is out of our control. The amount you see credited back may be slightly different to your original payment amount.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone for policy violations, fraud, or disrespectful behaviour. This is within reason and without discrimination.
Liability
- If you receive damaged or defective goods, or an incorrect quantity, notify us by e-mail within seven (7) days of delivery. We will then try to resolve the issue in a reasonably timely manner.
- We are not responsible for any courier delays once the goods are in their possession.
- In the event you return an item to us, you will receive a full refund of the item, minus a 3% fee that is non-refundable by our payment processor.
- The shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Tariffs are non-refundable for USA orders.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
Invalidity
- If any part of these terms and privacy policy conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), it will not affect the enforceability of any other part of these conditions.

Governing Law
- We complete each and every transaction within Canada; therefore, Canadian Law governs and interprets them.
