Canada Post services with tracking is the primary mail delivery method used. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please contact us for a quote and a new invoice. In the even of a postal service interruption, an alternative method of shipping may be used.
The shipping delivery times are provided at checkout, depending on your selection.
The shipping cost is calculated by weight and is updated at check out.

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.
Please ensure that the address you provide is correct, during checkout, as we are not responsible for failed delivery. If you need an item re-shipped, a new shipping invoice will be provided.
IMPORTANT NOTICE for International Buyers
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or related fees that may apply in their country. Returned packages due to delivery refusal will be refunded only the product price and not including the original shipping cost.
UPDATE FOR USA BUYERS
We will no longer absorb U.S. import tariffs and related costs. Shipping is disabled on our website.
Please contact us so we can prepare an invoice that includes product cost, shipping, and applicable tariffs/duties.
Cancellations are accepted before processing is complete. There is a 3% deduction on the transaction, as these fees are non-refundable to us by our payment processor.
